Common use of Redundancy Payments Clause in Contracts

Redundancy Payments. Retrenched employees shall receive four (4) weeks payment for each year of service up to a maximum of 104 weeks provided that employees will receive a maximum of 116 weeks in severance and redundancy pay. Such payment is exclusive of Long Service leave, annual leave, and/or loading, sick leave etc., and any other payment pursuant to this clause.

The weekly rate of pay shall be inclusive of shift loadings and regular rostered weekend loadings.

(b) Such payment is exclusive to be inclusive of Long Service leave, annual leave, and/or loading, sick leave etcaward requirements and calculated on a completed months of service basis. The weekly rate of pay shall be inclusive of shift loadings and regular rostered weekend loadings., and any other payment pursuant to this clause.

Redundancy Payments. Retrenched Redundant employees shall receive four (4) weeks payment for each year of service. Such payment to be inclusive of award requirements and calculated on completed whole quarters (3 months) of service up to basis. The weekly rate of pay shall be the employee's ordinary time rate of pay excluding overtime and any shift allowance. New employees commencing after the variation of this agreement will have payments capped at a maximum total of 104 weeks provided that employees will receive a maximum pay inclusive of 116 weeks in severance and redundancy pay. Such payment is exclusive of Long Service leave, annual leave, and/or loading, sick leave etcnotice period., and any other payment pursuant to this clause.
