Reemployment of Probationary Employee. A laid-off probationary employee, when re- employed, shall be reemployed as a p robationary employee. The time served prior to layoff shall be counted toward the required probationary period. S/he shall be reemployed with all rights and benefits accorded to him/her at the time of layoff.
