Reference Books and Periodicals. A. To assure a high quality of medical care, each division and/or each agency where physicians perform duties, will have a designated area for reference books and current periodicals, relating to medical care given in the area or agency. B. Physicians should submit their requests for certain books and publications for their use. Each agency or division will have a minimum of two (2) medical periodicals. These will be available to physicians on all tours of duty. C. Access to Medline will be made available in the Emergency Care Center and in an inpatient area.
