REFERENCE SAMPLES. 8.1 AMGEN shall retain Reference Samples for each manufactured batch of Product released to COMPANY per AMGEN established procedures.
REFERENCE SAMPLES. 9.1 AMGEN shall retain Reference Samples for each manufactured lot of Product released to PARTNER for a minimum of five (5) years after the expiration period. This period may be shortened if the period of stability of the material, as indicated in its specification, is shorter.

Samples of starting materials (other than solvents, gases and water) will be retained for the period of time required by applicable Law after the expiry date of the corresponding Finished Product. LEO shall retain samples sufficient to conduct at least two (2) re-examinations. LEO shall make reference samples available for inspection, testing, analysis and examination by GALEN and any relevant Governmental or Regulatory Authority, promptly upon request of GALEN.

Finished Products will be kept in their final packaging and stored under the recommended conditions. XXX shall make reference samples available for inspection, testing, analysis and examination by WCCI and any relevant Governmental or Regulatory Authority, promptly upon request of WCCI.
REFERENCE SAMPLES. (Health Care segment) The manufacturer will store product reference samples for each batch manufactured according to their Quality Management Standard Operation Procedures (SOP’s). Samples of starting materials (other than solvents, gases or water used in the manufacturing process) shall be retained for at least two years after the release of product. The reference sample should be of sufficient size to permit the carrying out of at least 2 full analytical controls. Reference samples should be representative for the batch of starting material, intermediate product or finished product from which they are taken. Where a manufacturer closes down and the manufacturing authorization is surrendered, revoked, or ceases to exist, the reference samples shall be transferred to Datwyler.
REFERENCE SAMPLES. Is responsible for retaining sufficient quantities of reference samples, excipients and packaging components. The reference samples should be taken and stored in accordance to the appropriate EU and US regulatory requirements. Reference samples may be stored at CATALENT, if required by the CUSTOMER. REFERENCE SAMPLES. NASTECH shall supply P&GP, upon request, with reasonable quantities of reference standards relating to PRODUCT as specified in the QUALITY AGREEMENT, [***], in order to facilitate P&GP's confirmatory testing.
REFERENCE SAMPLES. ARIAD shall retain sufficient samples from each batch of Product (each, a “Reference Sample”) to allow retesting to be performed. In no event shall the amount retained from each batch be less than the amount needed to perform [***] ([***]) complete sets of necessary tests excluding bioburden. ARIAD shall retain each Reference Samples from the date of production until the date that is [***] ([***]) [***] following the expiry date for the relevant batch (or, if longer, the minimum period required by Applicable Laws).
