Expiration Period. Except as otherwise provided for in this Agreement, all representations and warranties made in Section 7 shall terminate and expire ["verjaehren"] (18) eighteen months after the date hereof.

Expiration Period. (1) If this Contract is cancelled according to § 16 paragraph 1 or 3, neither the validity nor the effect of this contract lapses but a so-called expiration period for contract cancellation starts running. Rights and obligations of the insured persons who acceded to this Group insurance contract before cancellation of this contract as well as the legal position of the Insurer and BCAS remain unaffected by cancellation of this contract; however, the possi- bility for new clients to accede to this Group insurance contract ceases to exist.

All Licensed Products supplied by BioPad to Synova shall have an expiration date of at least twenty (20) months after the date of shipment of such Licensed Product to Synova, unless advance written approval is obtained from Synova by BioPad to ship Licensed Product with a shorter expiration period.

Expiration Period. 13.1 Without prejudice to the provisions of article 12, if the Client is of the opinion or continues to be of the opinion that the User has not performed the agreement on time, not fully or not properly, unless this has already been done on the basis of the provisions of article 12.1, immediately in writing to notify the User and to enforce the claims based thereon within two months after the date of the notification referred to above, or within two months after that notification should have been given, failing which all his rights and claims will be in this regard shall lapse upon expiry of the term referred to above.

Warrants and convertibles belong to the latter category and are often issued by companies to finance their activities.

So far as not provided otherwise in the Agreement, rights of action and other powers of the Client on any account whatsoever concerning the Contractor will in any case lapse after the expiration of 1 (one) year from the moment at which a fact occurs that the Client has these rights and/or can exercise powers against the Contractor.
