Period of Stability definition

Period of Stability means that, during the period selected in Your application, there has been : NO increase in symptoms or development of new symptoms; NO reduction, increase or stoppage in medication dosage or its frequency; NO new medications prescribed; You have NOT been hospitalized or required medical consultation (other than a routine examination); AND NO medical, therapeutic or diagnostic procedure has been prescribed, received or performed, or recommended by a Physician, including but not limited to investigative testing and surgery, during the period selected on Your application form,

Period of Stability means the length of time a Sickness, injury or medical condition must remain Stable and Controlled. It is that time You have stated on Your application for which there has been no new symptoms, investigation, consultation, diagnosis, Treatment or change in medication.

  • Period of Agreement means 5 years from the date of Final acceptance of the Project.

  • Period of Cover means the duration of Your cover as stated in Your Policy Documents.

  • Indicators of student progress and growth means the results of assessment(s) of students as defined in N.J.A.C. 6A:8, Standards and Assessment.

  • Distribution Compliance Period with respect to any Notes, means the period of 40 consecutive days beginning on and including the later of (i) the day on which such Notes are first offered to Persons other than distributors (as defined in Regulation S under the Securities Act) in reliance on Regulation S and (ii) the issue date with respect to such Notes.

  • Number of Students Who Began the Program means the number of students who began a program who were scheduled to complete the program within 100% of the published program length within the reporting calendar year and excludes all students who cancelled during the cancellation period.

  • Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.

  • Initial compliance period means the three-year compliance period that begins January 1, 1993, except for the MCLs for dichloromethane, 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene, 1,1,2-trichloroethane, benzo(a)pyrene, dalapon, di(2-ethylhexyl)adipate, di(2-ethyl- hexyl)phthalate, dinoseb, diquat, endothall, endrin, glyphosate, hexachlorobenzene, hexachlorocyclopentadiene, oxamyl, picloram, simazine, 2,3,7,8-TCDD, antimony, beryllium, cyanide, nickel, and thallium, as they apply to a supplier whose system has fewer than 150 service connections, for which it means the three-year compliance period that began on January 1, 1996.

  • Maintenance Period shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.1; “Maintenance Requirements” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.2;

  • Planning Period Balance means the entire period of time remaining in the Planning Period following the month that a monthly auction is conducted.

  • Child with special needs means a child with one or more of the following conditions:

  • Commissioning Period has the meaning set forth in Attachment T.

  • Commencement of Commercial Production means: (i) if a mill is located on the Property, the last day of a period of 40 consecutive days in which, for not less than 30 days, the mill processed ore from the Property at 60% of its rated concentrating capacity; or (ii) if a mill is not located on the Property, the last day of a period of 30 consecutive days during which ore has been shipped from the Property on a reasonably regular basis for the purpose of earning revenues, but any period of time during which ore or concentrate is shipped from the Property for testing purposes, or during which milling operations are undertaken as initial tune-up, shall not be taken into account in determining the date of Commencement of Commercial Production;

  • Date of commencement of the project means the date of the agreement.

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.
