Referral of Complaints. The Board will refer to the Superintendent any criticism, complaint or suggestion which in its collective judgment is deserving of such referral for her study and recommendation regarding the administration of the District or the Superintendent’s performance of her duties.
Referral of Complaints. When administrative action is requested or required for the resolution of criticisms, complaints or suggestions related to the office of the Treasurer, the Board and its individual members shall refer such criticisms, complaints or suggestions to the Treasurer for consideration, recommendations and, if appropriate, resolution.

Referral of Complaints. In recognition of the need to avoid duplication of effort between the Parties and to ensure a consistency of approach between them, the Commissioner, Consumer and Business Services ("CBS representative") and the Energy & Water Ombudsman SA ("Company representative") agree that:
(i) The CBS representative and the Company representative will refer to each other matters which come to their attention and which relate to specific areas of interest and/or jurisdiction or function of the other, as agreed between them from time to time.
