Referred Participating Teacher (RPT). 22.3.2.1 A Referred Participating Teacher is a unit member with permanent status who receives assistance to improve his/her instructional skills, classroom management, knowledge of subject, and/or related aspects of his/her performance as a result of an unsatisfactory March 1 evaluation. 22.3.2.2 A Referred Participating Teacher may select his/her Consulting Teacher from a list of Consulting Teachers provided by the PAR Panel. A Referred Participating Teacher may request a different Consulting Teacher at any time during the process, providing that such request is not more than once per semester. 22.3.2.3 Results of the Referred Participating Teacher’s mandated participation in the PAR Program shall be made available to the supervisor as part of his/her evaluation.
