Common use of Refusal of Re Clause in Contracts

Refusal of Re. employment - Refusal of re-employment after two (2) offers of a position with comparable pay/position/hours from which the employee was reduced/laid-off will result in the employee being placed at the bottom of the recall list.

Refusal of Re. employment - Refusal of re-employment after two (2) offers 20 of a position with comparable pay/position/hours from which the employee was 21 reduced/laid-off will result in the employee being placed at the bottom of the recall list.
