Refuse Service. Tempe will provide refuse collection bins, the use of sanitation crews and equipment to clean up and haul away refuse from the Event, the exact number, locations and logistical aspects of which shall be coordinated by Tempe.

Refuse Service. Just199 Hosting reserves the right to refuse service to any active or in-active customers for any reason it deems necessary.
Refuse Service. Tenant shall store all trash and garbage within the areas approved by Landlord for such purposes or within the Premises in good quality containers so located as not to be visible to Tenant's customers and other invitees and so as not to create or permit any health or fire hazard, and arrange for the prompt and regular removal of such refuse. Tenant shall not allow refuse, garbage, or trash to accumulate outside the Premises, except on the date of scheduled pickup service, and then only in areas designated by the mutual consent of Landlord and Tenant. Tenant shall fully maintain such area at its sole cost and expense.

  • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (XxX) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.

  • Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service Any Telecommunications Service that Verizon provides at retail to subscribers that are not Telecommunications Carriers. The term “Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service” does not include any Exchange Access service (as defined in Section 3(16) of the Act, 47 U.S.C. § 153(16)) provided by Verizon.

  • Our Service The services that you have selected and the charges for those services are confirmed in Section 9 - Your Consent at the end of this agreement. We agree to provide the services selected and you agree to pay us for those services. Any advice or recommendation that we offer to you, will only be given after we have assessed your needs and considered your financial objectives and attitude to any risks that may be involved. We will also take into account any restrictions that you wish to place on the type of products you would be willing to consider.

  • Service a. Any notice, request or demand required to be served on any party hereto shall be in writing and shall be deemed to be sufficiently served:- (i) If it is delivered personally to the address of the party provided pursuant to these Conditions of Sale or at the designated branch of the Assignee as stipulated herein; or (ii) If it is sent by prepaid registered post to the address of the party provided pursuant to these Conditions of Sale or by AR Registered Post to the designated branch of the Assignee as stipulated herein; and such notice, request or demand shall be deemed to have been received (iii) If delivered personally at the time given by hand or courier; or (iv) If sent by prepaid registered post after 3 days of posting; or (v) If sent by AR Registered Post upon actual receipt. b. Any legal process issued may be served on any party in the same manner stipulated for the service of notice, request or demand and such legal process shall be deemed served in the same manner as for the notice, request or demand.

  • Provisional Interconnection Service Upon the request of Interconnection Customer, and prior to completion of requisite Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, Local Upgrades, or system protection facilities Interconnection Customer may request limited Interconnection Service at the discretion of Transmission Provider based upon an evaluation that will consider the results of available studies, which terms shall be memorialized in the Interconnection Service Agreement. Consistent with Tariff, Part VI, Subpart B, section 212.4, Interconnection Customer may execute the Interconnection Service Agreement, request dispute resolution or request that the Interconnection Service Agreement be filed unexecuted with the Commission. Transmission Provider shall determine, through available studies or additional studies as necessary, whether stability, short circuit, thermal, and/or voltage issues would arise if Interconnection Customer interconnects without modifications to the Generating Facility or the Transmission System. Transmission Provider shall determine whether any Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, Local Upgrades, or system protection facilities that are necessary to meet the requirements of NERC, or any applicable Regional Entity for the interconnection of a new, modified and/or expanded Generating Facility are in place prior to the commencement of Interconnection Service from the Generating Facility. Where available studies indicate that such Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, Local Upgrades, and/or system protection facilities that are required for the interconnection of a new, modified and/or expanded Generating Facility are not currently in place, Transmission Provider will perform a study, at the Interconnection Customer’s expense, to confirm the facilities that are required for Provisional Interconnection Service. The maximum permissible output of the Generating Facility shall be studied and updated annually and at the Interconnection Customer’s expense. The results will be communicated to the Interconnection Customer in writing upon completion of the study. Interconnection Customer assumes all risk and liabilities with respect to the Provisional Interconnection Service, including changes in output limits and Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, Local Upgrades, and/or system protection facilities cost responsibilities.

  • Interconnection Service Interconnection Service allows the Interconnection Customer to connect the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and be eligible to deliver the Large Generating Facility’s output using the available capacity of the CAISO Controlled Grid. To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct.

  • Universal service 1. Each Party has the right to define the kind of universal service obligations that it wishes to maintain. 2. Each Party shall administer any universal service obligation that it maintains in a transparent, non-discriminatory, and competitively neutral manner and shall ensure that its universal service obligation is not more burdensome than necessary for the kind of universal service that it has defined.

  • Mail Service 1. The Union shall be authorized to use the Agency’s internal mail distribution system, and the electronic mail system (e-mail), to conduct Union business which is necessary for the effective representation of bargaining unit employees. 2. Union representatives shall observe all Agency rules and regulations governing the use of mail distribution systems (electronic or otherwise). Failure to do so may result in denial of access of use.

  • Customer Service A. PRIMARY ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE. Supplier will assign an Account Representative to Sourcewell for this Contract and must provide prompt notice to Sourcewell if that person is changed. The Account Representative will be responsible for: • Maintenance and management of this Contract; • Timely response to all Sourcewell and Participating Entity inquiries; and • Business reviews to Sourcewell and Participating Entities, if applicable.

  • IN-SERVICE When a nurse attends any in-service programme during her/his regularly scheduled working hours, she/he shall suffer no loss of pay. When a nurse is unable to do so, and attends the in-service programme outside her/his regularly scheduled hours, she/he shall be paid for all time attendance at her/his straight time rate of pay. If attendance is mandatory all applicable premiums will apply.
