Register or Renew/Verify Registration with Xxxxxx xxx: • It is your organization's responsibility to create and maintain a regularly updated registration with Xxxxxx.xxx. This includes registration with the System for Award Management (XXX), where your organization's information must be renewed annually. Finalize a new, or renew an existing registration at least two weeks before the application deadline. This should allow you time to resolve any issue that may arise with Xxxxxx.xxx or XXX. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in your inability to submit your application. • If your organization is not yet registered, go to Xxxxxx.xxx's Get Registered. Allow a minimum of two weeks for this multi-step, one-time process. If your organization already has registered, renew your registration with XXX and verify that your registration with Xxxxxx.xxx is current. • If you have problems with registration contact the XXX Customer Service at 1-866- 606-8220, send a message through the website at xxx.xxx.gov, or see the information posted on the XXX website at Help. • You may reach the Xxxxxx.xxx Contact Center by calling 0-000-000-0000, e- mailing xxxxxxx@xxxxxx.xxx, or consulting the information posted on the Xxxxxx.xxx website at Support. The Contact Center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. • Maintain documentation (with dates) of your efforts to register or renew at least two weeks before the deadline. • You do not need to complete the registration process to download the application package. However, you will need your Username and Password that you obtain during the registration process to submit your application.

  • Registration with ICAO This Agreement and all amendments thereto shall be registered with the International Civil Aviation Organization.

  • Domain Name Registration If Customer submits a Service Order(s) for domain name registration services, the following terms shall also apply:

  • Department of State Registration Consistent with Title XXXVI, F.S., the Contractor and any subcontractors that assert status, other than a sole proprietor, must provide the Department with conclusive evidence of a certificate of status, not subject to qualification, if a Florida business entity, or of a certificate of authorization if a foreign business entity.

  • NERC Registration If and to the extent any of the NTO’s facilities are NERC jurisdictional facilities, the ISO will register for certain NERC functions applicable to those NTO facilities. Such functions may include, without limitation, those functions designated by NERC to be “Reliability Coordinator” and “Balancing Authority” and “Transmission Planner” and “Planning Coordinator.” The Parties agree to negotiate in good faith the compliance obligations for the NERC functions applicable to, and to be performed by, each Party with respect to the NTO’s facilities. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the ISO shall register for the “Transmission Operator” function for all NTO Transmission Facilities under ISO Operational Control identified in Appendix A-1 of this Agreement.

  • DIR Registration California Labor Code Section 1725.5 requires the Contractor and all subcontractors performing Public Works services to be currently registered with the DIR, as specified in California Labor Code Section 1725.5. California Labor Code Section 1771.1 provides that a contractor or subcontractor shall not be qualified to bid on, be listed in a bid proposal (subject to the requirements of Section 4104 of the California Public Contract Code), or engage in the performance of any contract for Public Work, unless currently registered and qualified to perform Public Work in accordance with California Labor Code Section 1725.5. The above summary is provided solely for informational purposes and does not in any way affect the Contractor’s and subcontractors’ obligation to comply in all respects with all other applicable laws and regulations. Before the performance of work by Contractor or any subcontractor(s) under this Contract, Contractor shall furnish Contractor’s and any subcontractors’ current DIR registration number(s). The Contractor’s current DIR registration number and the current DIR registration number of all subcontractors will be listed on the Subcontractor and LBE Participation Verification Form, incorporated herein.

  • Delay of Registration No Holder shall have any right to obtain or seek an injunction restraining or otherwise delaying any registration pursuant to this Agreement as the result of any controversy that might arise with respect to the interpretation or implementation of this Section 2.
