Registered Nursing Staff. It is agreed that there shall normally be three (3) shifts. The first shift of the day shall commence at 12:00 a.m. and finish at 8:00 a.m. The second shift of the day shall commence at 8:00 a.m. and shall finish at 4:00 p.m. The third shift shall commence at 4:00 p.m. and finish at 12:00 a.m. Other shifts shall be scheduled by the Employer. In such cases, the Union shall be informed prior to the implementation and shall be given the opportunity to make submissions.
