Registration and Tuition. The student will pay full tuition and fees at the school in which he or she is registered each semester. It is contemplated that the student will pay tuition and fees to Campbell in years one, two, and four, and to NCSU in year three. After a student has successfully completed all first-year JD requirements, the student may register for coursework in both schools in any particular semester. The student must take a sufficient number of credits at one of the schools to be deemed a "full time" student at that school for that semester (Campbell requires ten credits for such status; NCSU requires nine credits for such status). The student will pay full tuition and fees at the school at which he or she is deemed a "full time" student for that semester. The student's tuition and fees at the other school (where he or she is registered for too few credits to be a "full time" student) will be prorated for that semester. In no semester may a student register for coursework at both schools in excess of 17 aggregate credits. The registrars of both institutions will coordinate to ensure students are properly classified (e.g., full time/part time; good standing) for purposes of financial aid, demonstrating continuous enrollment, and the like. Rules and Regulations; Student Services Dual degree students shall comply with all rules, regulations, and requirements of both schools, and they shall have access to all the services that are available to students in the host school (including but not limited to library, health, and career placement services). Registration and Tuition. Global Minds reserves the right to cancel any class due to insufficient registration. Students with medical conditions that exceed the scope of care that the school is able and willing to provide may be denied admittance. Global Minds will attempt to meet the needs of special children. A scheduled conference with the director and parents/guardians is required prior to admittance. Children must be at least two years old to enroll at Global Minds. Children who are not potty- trained by age 3 will be assessed a weekly fee of $20.00 until they are potty-trained. Global Minds reserves the right to deny enrollment if potty-training is not feasible. Tuition for Global Minds 2022 summer camp is not prorated and will not be refunded for vacations, school holidays, absences due to sickness or other circumstances. Tuition must be paid by the 13th of May, 2022, for all of the sessions that your child will attend. If you find yourself in need of an extra week during the summer, Global Minds will do their best to accommodate your needs. However, our summer schedule is made before the summer camp begins in order to accommodate vacation times requested for our teachers. EARLY AND LATE PICK UP POLICY Students must be dropped off and picked up at the appropriate times. There is a 10 minute grace period for students that begin class at 8:30. Students dropped off before 8:20 sharp will be assessed a $8.00 charge to be paid before the child’s next day of school. Pick up time for the afternoon is deemed late after 12:45, and 3:15 sharp and will be assessed a fine of $5.00 for the first 10 minutes. Each minute thereafter will be assessed $1.00 per minute. Students picked up after 5:30 will be assessed a $20.00 fine for the first 10 minutes. Each minute thereafter will be assessed $1.00 per minute. DISMISSAL A child may be dismissed from Global Minds for the following behavior: A child is overly aggressive toward other children or the staff and causes harm to others or self. An inordinate amount of the teacher’s time is needed to attend to a particular child’s special situation, to the extent that it is depriving the other children in the classroom of the level of care and concern to which they are entitled. In such a situation, the child may have to leave the school temporarily for safety’s sake. Repeated uncontrollable behavior can lead to discontinuation of preschool services.   • Registration of Agreement The registration of License agreements should be done within 30 days of signing of agreement, the licensee/ lessee (registration fees, stamp duty etc to be fully borne by the licensee/lessee) and the duly registered documents to be submitted to Maha-Metro for records. Any amendment in the contract agreement, if required to be registered, shall also be registered within 30 days from the date of amendment and duly registered documents shall be submitted to Maha-Metro for record. In case the registration of the license/lease agreement /amendment is not done within the 30 days of signing of license/lease agreement/ amendment, it shall be treated as “Material Breach of Contract”.   • LICENSING, ACCREDITATION AND REGISTRATION The Contractor shall comply with all applicable local, state, and federal licensing, accreditation and registration requirements or standards necessary for the performance of this Contract.

  • Registration (a) No later than the Filing Date, the Company shall file with the Commission the Initial Registration Statement relating to the resale by the Holders of all (or such other number as the Commission will permit) of the Registrable Securities. The Company shall telephonically request effectiveness of a Registration Statement as of 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on a Trading Day. The Company shall immediately notify the Holder via facsimile or by e-mail of the effectiveness of a Registration Statement on the same Trading Day that the Company telephonically confirms effectiveness with the Commission, which shall be the date requested for effectiveness of such Registration Statement. The Company shall, by 9:30 a.m. Eastern Time on the Trading Day after the effective date of such Registration Statement, file a final Prospectus with the Commission as required by Rule 424. Failure to so notify the Holders within one (1) Trading Day of such notification of effectiveness or failure to file a final Prospectus as foresaid shall be deemed an Event under Section 2(g).
