Registration of Trademarks. EndoSonics shall, at its expense, use reasonable efforts to protect and maintain all registrations, filings and issuance of its Trademarks in full force and effect.

Registration of Trademarks. Forte, in its sole discretion, may elect to apply for the registration of one or more of its Trademarks at its own expense. In such event, Forte shall so notify IPC, and IPC, at Forte's expense, shall assist and cooperate with Forte in connection therewith.
Registration of Trademarks. 1. Each Party shall provide a system for registration of trademarks, which shall include: (a) a requirement to provide to the applicant a communication in writing about the reasons for a refusal to register a trademark. Such communication may be provided electronically; (b) a requirement that decisions on cancellation proceedings be reasoned and provided in writing. Such written decisions may be provided electronically; and (c) an opportunity for interested persons to seek cancellation and invalidation of a trademark after it has been registered. 2. Each Party shall endeavor to provide: (a) a system for electronic application for, and electronic processing, registering, and maintenance of trademarks; and (b) a publicly available electronic database, including an online database of trademark applications and registrations.
Registration of Trademarks. Distributor represents and warrants that it has not registered and in the future will not attempt to register the Trademarks or any confusingly similar marks or names in its own name or for its own benefit in any country or territory in the world. Distributor agrees that it will not knowingly or unknowingly infringe the Trademarks inside or outside the Territory.

Registration of Trademarks. Diametrics shall be responsible for the registration and maintenance of all applications required to protect, in the United States and such other countries selected by mutual agreement of Diametrics and JJPI, all trademarks included in the Diametrics Trademarks. Diametrics shall pay all government fees required to keep in force trademarks and applications therefor included in the Diametrics Trademarks and shall submit evidence to JJPI, upon request, that said government fees have been timely paid. In the event that Diametrics decides not to register in a country elected by JJPI, not to pay a government fee due on, or otherwise to abandon a trademark or application therefor within the Diametrics Trademarks, Diametrics shall send JJPI written notice of said decision at least ninety (90) days in advance of the action or payment due date. JJPI shall thereupon have the option, but not the obligation, to register or pay the government fees, in which event the affected trademark or application shall be promptly assigned to JJPI.
Registration of Trademarks. The Seller and APPI each covenants on behalf of itself and its Affiliates and permitted sublicensees that neither it nor any of its Affiliates or sublicensees shall seek to: (i) register the Estalis Trademark in any country except for Japan and those countries in the "territory" as defined in the Novartis Pharma Sublicense Agreement; or (ii) register the CombiPatch or Estrelle Trademarks in any country outside of Japan. The Purchaser agrees that in the event the Seller or APPI seeks to register any Trademark in compliance with the foregoing, it shall, if required by the Seller or APPI, consent to, and shall not oppose, the registration of such Trademark by the Seller or APPI in any such country, provided that the Seller and APPI are each otherwise in full compliance with this Purchase Agreement. The Purchaser covenants on behalf of itself and its Affiliates and permitted sublicensees that neither it nor any of its Affiliates or sublicensees shall seek to: (i) register the Estalis Trademark in any country in the "territory" as defined in the Novartis Pharma Sublicense Agreement or in Japan; or (ii) register the CombiPatch or Estrelle Trademarks in Japan. The Seller and APPI each agree that in the event the Purchaser seeks to register any Trademark in compliance with the foregoing, they shall, if required by the Purchaser, consent to, and shall not oppose, the registration of such Trademark by the Purchaser in any such country, provided that the Purchaser is otherwise in full compliance with this Purchase Agreement.
Registration of Trademarks. Biomatrix shall, at its cost and expense, file in the Territory and use its best efforts to obtain and thereafter maintain the registration of the Trademarks in the Territory. * Biomatrix shall keep Syntex advised of the status of such trademark rights. If any Trademark cannot be used in any country in the Territory, for whatever reason, the parties shall attempt in good faith to agree on a new trademark to which the provisions of this Agreement shall apply.
