The Company shall not be required to make any contribution to the Fund or to place the Plan in operation unless and until it shall have received from the Employment Insurance Commission a currently effective approval under Section 172 (3)(d) of the Unemployment Insurance Regulations as now in effect or as hereafter may be amended.
