MODIFICATION, RENEWAL AND TERMINATION. 20.01 This Agreement shall become effective on February 1, 2013 and shall remain in full force and effect up to and including the 31st day of January, 2016.
MODIFICATION, RENEWAL AND TERMINATION. 34:01 This Agreement shall become effective on the 1st day of June, 2015 and shall remain in effect until the 31st day of May 2020 and from year to year thereafter unless either party gives the other party notice in writing of its desire to modify or amend any section or provision thereof. Such notice must be given not less than sixty (60) days, not more than one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to the termination date of this agreement.
