Regular Reports. SUBRECIPIENT shall provide, in a prompt and timely manner, financial, operational and other reports, as requested by the UASI Management Team, in form and substance satisfactory to the UASI Management Team. Such reports, including any copies, shall be submitted on recycled paper and printed on double-sided pages, to the maximum extent possible.
