Common use of Regular Scheduled Routes Clause in Contracts

Regular Scheduled Routes. All route drivers who were continuously employed the last thirty (30) days of the previous school year, or who were on an approved leave of absence shall have the opportunity to bid on all regular scheduled routes based solely upon seniority. The Director of Transportation shall notify drivers of their designated date and time to select routes and a copy of those dates and times shall be given to the Union president. An authorized representative of the Union shall have the right to be present at the time such routes are selected.
