Common use of REGULAR WORK WEEK AND WORK DAY Clause in Contracts

REGULAR WORK WEEK AND WORK DAY. a. Regular work week shall mean an employee's regular scheduled work week. b. Regular work days shall mean an employee's regular scheduled work day and/or hours of work. c. Unless specifically modified elsewhere in this agreement, the minimum scheduled hours of work per day shall be four (4) hours.
