Regulations for Security Services. The Handling Company shall render Services pursuant to the local and international legislation, the provisions of this Framework Agreement, and the Carrier’s rules and policies, which shall be provided to the Handling Company upon request. The Handling Company, under its sole and exclusive responsibility, shall comply with and enforce the National Aviation Security Program (NASP) regulated by the corresponding local Civil Aviation Security Authority or National Airport Security where the service is provided, and each of the (AVSEC) rules applied thereon. The Handling Company is directly responsible for all matters pertaining to personnel policy including training for AVSEC Services, and shall meet the standards required by the State where Services are provided and those specified by the Carrier. Under no given circumstances shall the Handling Company or any of its employees perform any Services before ensuring that employees have been properly trained. The Handling Company shall comply with the training requirements regulated by the Local (AVSEC) Airport Authority under the National Aviation Security Program (NASP) and the National Aviation Security Training Program (NASTP). If no (NASP/NASTP) or minimum AVSEC training standard exists, the Handling Company shall ensure compliance with the training requirements specified in the Aviation Security Training Standards Quick Reference as per AR policy requirements, issued by the Head of Security Management Office of The Carrier.

The Supplier shall possess the local or international operating permit, or certificate issued by the corresponding Authority, as well as provide a current valid copy to the Company, before its contractual undertaking.

The Handling Company, under its sole and exclusive responsibility, shall comply with and enforce the National Aviation Security Program (NASP) imposed by the corresponding Local Civil Aviation Authority or Local Airport Security Authority where the service is provided, and each of the aviation security standards applied thereon. If the Local Civil Aviation Authority or Local Airport Security Authority requires the Handling Company to have a Security Program of its own, it shall be approved or accepted by the corresponding Authority. The Handling Company shall possess a current valid version of its Security Program and be made available upon request to the Carrier. If the Local Civil Aviation Authority or Local Airport Security Authority does not require a Security Program, the Handling Company shall comply with the aviation security requirements indicated and issued by the Head of Security Office of The Carrier.

  • PUBLIC RECORDS COMPLIANCE (APPLICABLE FOR SERVICE CONTRACTS Orange County is a public agency subject to Chapter 119, Florida Statutes. The Contractor agrees to comply with Florida’s Public Records Law. Specifically, the Contractor shall: 1. Keep and maintain public records required by Orange County to perform the service. 2. Upon request from Orange County’s custodian of public records, provide Orange County with a copy of the requested records or allow the records to be inspected or copied within a reasonable time at a cost that does not exceed the cost provided in this chapter or as otherwise provided by law. 3. Ensure that public records that are exempt or confidential and exempt from the public records disclosure requirements are not disclosed except as authorized by law for the duration of the contract term and following completion of the contract if the Contractor does not transfer the records to Orange County. 4. Upon completion of the contract, Contractor agrees to transfer at no cost to Orange County all public records in possession of the Contractor or keep and maintain public records required by Orange County to perform the service. If the Contractor transfers all public record to Orange County upon completion of the contract, the Contractor shall destroy any duplicate public records that are exempt or confidential and exempt from public records disclosure requirements. If the Contractor keeps and maintains public records upon completion of the contract, the Contractor shall meet all applicable requirements for retaining public records. All records stored electronically must be provided to Orange County, upon request from Orange County’s custodian of public records, in a format that is compatible with the information technology systems of Orange County. 5. A Contractor who fails to provide the public records to Orange County within a reasonable time may be subject to penalties under section 119.10, Florida Statutes. 6. IF THE CONTRACTOR HAS QUESTIONS REGARDING THE APPLICATION OF CHAPTER 119, FLORIDA STATUTES, TO THE CONTRACTOR’S DUTY TO PROVIDE PUBLIC RECORDS RELATING TO THIS CONTRACT, CONTACT THE CUSTODIAN OF PUBLIC RECORDS AT : Procurement Public Records Liaison

  • REGULATORY ADMINISTRATION SERVICES BNY Mellon shall provide the following regulatory administration services for each Fund and Series:  Assist the Fund in responding to SEC examination requests by providing requested documents in the possession of BNY Mellon that are on the SEC examination request list and by making employees responsible for providing services available to regulatory authorities having jurisdiction over the performance of such services as may be required or reasonably requested by such regulatory authorities;  Assist with and/or coordinate such other filings, notices and regulatory matters and other due diligence requests or requests for proposal on such terms and conditions as BNY Mellon and the applicable Fund on behalf of itself and its Series may mutually agree upon in writing from time to time; and

  • Abuse and Neglect of Children and Vulnerable Adults: Abuse Registry Party agrees not to employ any individual, to use any volunteer or other service provider, or to otherwise provide reimbursement to any individual who in the performance of services connected with this agreement provides care, custody, treatment, transportation, or supervision to children or to vulnerable adults if there has been a substantiation of abuse or neglect or exploitation involving that individual.   • Electronic and Information Resources Accessibility and Security Standards a. Applicability: The following Electronic and Information Resources (“EIR”) requirements apply to the Contract because the Grantee performs services that include EIR that the System Agency's employees are required or permitted to access or members of the public are required or permitted to access. This Section does not apply to incidental uses of EIR in the performance of the Agreement, unless the Parties agree that the EIR will become property of the State of Texas or will be used by HHSC’s clients or recipients after completion of the Agreement. Nothing in this section is intended to prescribe the use of particular designs or technologies or to prevent the use of alternative technologies, provided they result in substantially equivalent or greater access to and use of a Product.

  • Technical and Organisational Measures (1) Before the commencement of processing, the Supplier shall document the execution of the necessary Technical and Organisational Measures, set out in advance of the awarding of the Order or Contract, specifically with regard to the detailed execution of the contract, and shall present these documented measures to the Client for inspection. Upon acceptance by the Client, the documented measures become the foundation of the contract. Insofar as the inspection/audit by the Client shows the need for amendments, such amendments shall be implemented by mutual agreement. (2) The Supplier shall establish the security in accordance with Article 28 Paragraph 3 Point c, and Article 32 GDPR in particular in conjunction with Article 5 Paragraph 1, and Paragraph 2 GDPR. The measures to be taken are measures of data security and measures that guarantee a protection level appropriate to the risk concerning confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of the systems. The state of the art, implementation costs, the nature, scope and purposes of processing as well as the probability of occurrence and the severity of the risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons within the meaning of Article 32 Paragraph 1 GDPR must be taken into account. [Details in Appendix 1] (3) The Technical and Organisational Measures are subject to technical progress and further development. In this respect, it is permissible for the Supplier to implement alternative adequate measures. In so doing, the security level of the defined measures must not be reduced. Substantial changes must be documented.

  • Information and Services Required of the Owner The Owner shall provide information with reasonable promptness, regarding requirements for and limitations on the Project, including a written program which shall set forth the Owner’s objectives, constraints, and criteria, including schedule, space requirements and relationships, flexibility and expandability, special equipment, systems, sustainability and site requirements.
