Regulations for Security Services. The Handling Company shall render Services pursuant to the local and international legislation, the provisions of this Framework Agreement, and the Carrier’s rules and policies, which shall be provided to the Handling Company upon request. National Aviation Security Program (NASP) The Handling Company, under its sole and exclusive responsibility, shall comply with and enforce the National Aviation Security Program (NASP) regulated by the corresponding local Civil Aviation Security Authority or National Airport Security where the service is provided, and each of the (AVSEC) rules applied thereon. If the Local Civil Aviation Security Authority requires the Handling Company a Security Program of its own, it shall be accepted or approved by the Authority. National Aviation Security Training Program (NASTP) The Handling Company is directly responsible for all matters pertaining to personnel policy including training for AVSEC Services, and shall meet the standards required by the State where Services are provided and those specified by the Carrier. Under no given circumstances shall the Handling Company or any of its employees perform any Services before ensuring that employees have been properly trained. If the Local (AVSEC) Airport Authority requires from the Handling Company to have its own Security Training Program, it shall be accepted or approved by the Authority. The Handling Company shall comply with the training requirements regulated by the Local (AVSEC) Airport Authority under the National Aviation Security Program (NASP) and the National Aviation Security Training Program (NASTP). If no (NASP/NASTP) or minimum AVSEC training standard exists, the Handling Company shall ensure compliance with the training requirements specified in the Aviation Security Training Standards Quick Reference as per AR policy requirements, issued by the Head of Security Management Office of The Carrier.

The Supplier shall possess the local or international operating permit, or certificate issued by the corresponding Authority, as well as provide a current valid copy to the Company, before its contractual undertaking.

National Aviation Security Program (NASP) The Handling Company, under its sole and exclusive responsibility, shall comply with and enforce the National Aviation Security Program (NASP) imposed by the corresponding Local Civil Aviation Authority or Local Airport Security Authority where the service is provided, and each of the aviation security standards applied thereon. If the Local Civil Aviation Authority or Local Airport Security Authority requires the Handling Company to have a Security Program of its own, it shall be approved or accepted by the corresponding Authority. The Handling Company shall possess a current valid version of its Security Program and be made available upon request to the Carrier. If the Local Civil Aviation Authority or Local Airport Security Authority does not require a Security Program, the Handling Company shall comply with the aviation security requirements indicated and issued by the Head of Security Office of The Carrier.

  • Security Services CONTRACTOR shall provide security services designed for preventing escapes, maintaining order, providing care, custody, control, supervision and management of the inmate population. A successful security program depends heavily on staff training, effective administration, and the establishment of inmate programs. The organization, staffing, and administration of the security program are vital to the Facility. The direction provided by a well-organized and clearly articulated operations manual, and emergency planning provides a solid base for successful administration. The final operations manual shall be submitted to the Bureau prior to the Service Commencement Date and shall be reviewed annually and updated as needed. Documentation of the review shall be provided annually to the On- Site Contract Monitor. Changes to the plan require written permission by the Contract Manager. The Department reserves the right to require changes to plans submitted to the Bureau.

If Contractor participates in the Department program, Contractor shall deliver to County a written, notarized affirmation, affirming that Contractor has examined the legal work status of such employee, and shall comply with all of the other requirements of the Department program. If Contractor fails to comply with any requirement of this provision or C.R.S. §8-17.5-102 et seq., County may terminate this Agreement for breach and, if so terminated, Contractor shall be liable for damages.

  • Security Standards The Provider shall implement and maintain commercially reasonable security procedures and practices that otherwise meet or exceed industry standards designed to protect Student Data from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure, including but not limited to the unauthorized acquisition of computerized data that compromises the security, confidentiality, or integrity of the Student Data (a "Security Breach"). For purposes of the DPA and this Exhibit G, "Security Breach" does not include the good faith acquisition of Student Data by an employee or agent of the Provider or LEA for a legitimate educational or administrative purpose of the Provider or LEA, so long as the Student Data is used solely for purposes permitted by SOPPA and other applicable law, and so long as the Student Data is restricted from further unauthorized disclosure.

  • Abuse and Neglect of Children and Vulnerable Adults: Abuse Registry Party agrees not to employ any individual, to use any volunteer or other service provider, or to otherwise provide reimbursement to any individual who in the performance of services connected with this agreement provides care, custody, treatment, transportation, or supervision to children or to vulnerable adults if there has been a substantiation of abuse or neglect or exploitation involving that individual. Party is responsible for confirming as to each individual having such contact with children or vulnerable adults the non-existence of a substantiated allegation of abuse, neglect or exploitation by verifying that fact though (a) as to vulnerable adults, the Adult Abuse Registry maintained by the Department of Disabilities, Aging and Independent Living and (b) as to children, the Central Child Protection Registry (unless the Party holds a valid child care license or registration from the Division of Child Development, Department for Children and Families). See 33 V.S.A. §4919(a)(3) and 33 V.S.A. §6911(c)(3).

  • NYS OFFICE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES NOTIFICATION All New York State Agencies must notify the Office of Information Technology Services of any and all plans to procure IT and IT -related products, materials and services meeting required thresholds defined in Technology Policy NYS–P08-001: xxxxx://xxx.xx.xxx/sites/default/files/documents/NYS-P08-001.pdf, as may be amended, modified or superseded. SALES REPORTING REQUIREMENTS Contractor shall furnish OGS with quarterly sales reports utilizing Appendix I - Report of Contract Sales. Purchases by Non- State Agencies, political subdivisions and others authorized by law shall be reported in the same report and indicated as required. All fields of information shall be accurate and complete. OGS reserves the right to unilaterally make revisions, changes and/or updates to Appendix I - Report of Contract Sales or to require sales to be reported in a different format without processing a formal amendment and/or modification. Further, additional related sales information and/or detailed Authorized User purchases may be required by OGS and must be supplied upon request. Reseller Sales Product sold through Reseller(s) must be reported by Contractor in the required Appendix I – Report of Contract Sales. Due Date The Appendix I - Report of Contract Sales will be quarterly (January - March, April - June, July - September and October - December). Reports will be due 1 month after the closing quarter. SERVICE REPORTS FOR MAINTENANCE/SUPPORT AND WARRANTY WORK Service Reports for Authorized User An Authorized User in an RFQ may require compliance with any or all of this section. If requested by the Authorized User, the Contractor shall furnish the Authorized User with service reports for all Maintenance/support and warranty work upon completion of the services. The service reports may include the following information in either electronic or hard copy form as designated by the Authorized User:  Date and time Contractor was notified  Date and time of Contractor’s arrival  Make and model of the Product  Description of malfunction reported by Authorized User  Diagnosis of failure and/or work performed by Contractor  Date and time failure was corrected by Contractor  Type of service – Maintenance/support or warranty  Charges, if any, for the service Service Reports for OGS
