Regulations for Use of Annual Leave. 1. Unit employees hired in any full time position (excluding part time and substitutes), shall be permitted to accumulate annual leave up to a maximum of 60 days. Upon termination of employment, death or retirement, payment in excess of 60 days is not permitted. 2. Use of annual leave shall not be authorized prior to the time it is earned and shall be used only with the approval of the supervising administrator. 3. Annual leave shall be scheduled so that there will be a minimum of disruption of the operation of the school system.
