REGULATIONS ON ANNUAL HOLIDAYS. Section 1 Scope Annual holiday benefits shall be determined in accordance with the Annual Holidays Act12 and with this agreement. The annual holiday regulations shall apply to persons who are subject to the working time regulations for teaching and research staff or to provisions governing training school teaching staff only in respect of holiday bonus. Neither these regulations nor the provisions of the Annual Holidays Act13 shall in any way apply to part-time hourly-paid teachers at training schools.
