Reimbursables Allowance. Construction Manager’s Reimbursables Allowance is identified in Exhibit “E.” The District shall have sole discretion to authorize all expenditures from the Allowances, and shall do so in writing. Any unused Reimbursables Allowance or unused portion thereof shall revert to the benefit of the District.
