Common use of Reimbursement Allowances Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement Allowances. An employee will be reimbursed for reasonable costs incurred in the following circumstances: (a) Where the employee is required to travel on behalf of the University. (b) Where the University requires the employee to undergo regular medical examinations or immunisation and reports as a result of the employee engaging in duties associated with infectious or contagious material or infected animals or continual work with toxic substances.
