Reimbursement for Damage to Personal Items. In the event of an assault by a student(s) on an employee, while the employee is acting in the line of duty, causing damage to the employee’s personal property (excluding jewelry and watches) the Board shall make an equitable financial settlement for such damage with the employee involved. Such damage shall be reported immediately to the building administrator.

  • Damage to personal clothing An employee shall be reasonably compensated for damage to personal clothing worn on duty, or reimbursed dry cleaning charges for excessive soiling to personal clothing worn on duty, provided the damage or soiling did not occur as a result of the employee’s negligence, or failure to wear the protective clothing provided. Each case shall be determined on its merits by the employer.

  • Damage to Personal Property The Employer will provide reimbursement for reasonable repair or replacement of damages incurred to the employee's eyeglasses, contact lenses or other prosthesis, ripped uniforms, or personal clothing, as a result of being assaulted while performing his/her work. The employee must report the incident by the end of their shift. The employee will present her or his receipt to the Employer within seven (7) days after the event, unless it was impossible for her or him to do so during this period. The Employer will reimburse up to a maximum of one hundred dollars ($100) per incident except for eyeglasses, which shall have a maximum reimbursement of three hundred dollars ($300).

  • Injury or Damage to Person or Property If either party suffers injury or damage to person or property because of an act or omission of the other party, or of others for whose acts such party is legally responsible, written notice of such injury or damage, whether or not insured, shall be given to the other party within a reasonable time not exceeding twenty-one (21) calendar days after discovery. The notice shall provide sufficient detail to enable the other party to investigate the matter.

  • RESPONDENT LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO GOVERNMENT PROPERTY The Respondent shall be liable for all damages to government-owned, leased, or occupied property and equipment caused by the Respondent and its employees, agents, subcontractors, and suppliers, including any delivery or cartage company, in connection with any performance pursuant to the Contract.   • Indirect Damages To the maximum extent permitted by Law, the Stripe Parties will not be liable to you or your Affiliates in relation to this Agreement or the Services during and after the Term (whether in contract, negligence, strict liability or tort, or on other legal or equitable grounds) for any lost profits, personal injury, property damage, loss of data, business interruption, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, special, reliance, or punitive damages, even if these losses, damages, or costs are foreseeable, and whether or not you or the Stripe Parties have been advised of their possibility.
