REIMBURSEMENT FOR INITIAL PERIOD. The Maximum Contract Amount for the Initial Period of this Agreement as described in Paragraph 1 (TERM) shall not exceed NINE HUNDRED THREE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FIFTY-ONE DOLLARS ($903,351) and shall consist of County, State and/or Federal (excluding Medicare Partial Hospitalization services) funds as shown in the applicable Financial Exhibit column(s) which are identified on the Financial Summary. This Maximum Contract Amount includes Cash Flow Advance which is repayable through cash and/or appropriate SFC units and/or actual and allowable costs as authorized by other provisions of this Agreement. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, in no event shall County pay Contractor more than this Maximum Contract Amount for Contractor’s performance hereunder during the Initial Period.

  • Payment for Unused Sick Leave a. An employee with less than ten (10) years of continuous University service, as defined herein, who separates from the University shall not be paid for any unused sick leave. For employees appointed on or before 1/7/03 University service includes continuous employment by the University or the State of Florida.

  • Reimbursement of Travel Expenses If the Servicer provides access to the Review Materials at one of its properties, the Issuer will reimburse the Asset Representations Reviewer for its reasonable travel expenses incurred in connection with the Review on receipt of a detailed invoice.
