Common use of Reimbursement of Expenditures Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement of Expenditures. (a) The Borrower or the Executing Agency, as the case may be, may request disbursements under the reimbursement of expenditures method when the Borrower or the Executing Agency, as the case may be, has paid for Eligible Expenditures with its own resources. (b) Unless the Parties agree otherwise, disbursement requests for reimbursing expenditures shall be made promptly to the extent that the Borrower or the Executing Agency, as the case may be, has incurred such expenditures, and not later than sixty (60) days following the conclusion of each calendar semester.
