Reimbursement of Expenses upon Recall. Where, during any period of approved vacation, a Nurse is recalled to duty, the Nurse shall be reimbursed for reasonable expenses, subject to the provisions of Article 23, that the Nurse incurs: (a) in proceeding to the Nurse’s place of duty; (b) in returning to the place from which the Nurse was recalled if the Nurse immediately resumes vacation leave upon completing the assignment for which she or he was recalled; and
