Common use of Reinstatement of Seniority Employees Clause in Contracts

Reinstatement of Seniority Employees. Any employee who enters into active service in the armed forces of the United States, upon termination of such service shall be offered re-employment in his previous position or a position of like seniority , status and pay provided he reports for work within ninety (90) days after date of discharge. Special consideration may be given in the case of continuing hospitalization following discharge.
