Reinstating after Discharge or Suspension without Just Cause. In the event an Employee has been discharged or suspended for other than proper cause, a Board of Arbitration may direct the Employer to reinstate the Employee and pay to the Employee a sum equal to his or her wages or salary lost by reason of such suspension or discharge, or such lesser sum as in the opinion of a Board of Arbitration is fair and reasonable or make such other order as it considers fair and reasonable having regard to the terms of the Collective Agreement between the Parties.

  • Termination Without Cause The Company may terminate the Executive’s employment hereunder at any time without Cause. Any termination by the Company of the Executive’s employment under this Agreement which does not constitute a termination for Cause under Section 3(c) and does not result from the death or disability of the Executive under Section 3(a) or (b) shall be deemed a termination without Cause.
