Relation to Other Loan Documents. The provisions of this Agreement shall be read and construed with the other Loan Documents referred to below in the manner so indicated.

Relation to Other Loan Documents. The provisions of this Agreement supplement the provisions of any real estate mortgage or deed of trust granted by the Grantor to the Lender and which secures the payment or performance of any of the Obligations. Nothing contained in any such real estate mortgage or deed of trust shall derogate from any of the rights or remedies of the Lender hereunder. In addition to the provisions of this Agreement being so read and construed with any such mortgage or deed of trust, the provisions of this Agreement shall be read and construed with the other Loan Documents.

In the event of any conflict between any provision in this Agreement and a provision in a Copyright Security Agreement, Trademark Security Agreement or Patent Security Agreement, such provision of this Agreement shall control.

Nothing contained in the other Loan Documents shall derogate from any of the rights or remedies of Collateral Agent hereunder.

Nothing contained in any such document shall derogate from any of the rights or remedies of the Secured Party hereunder. In addition to the provisions of this Agreement being so read and construed with any such mortgage or deed of trust, the provisions of this Agreement shall be read and construed with the other Security Documents referred to below in the manner so indicated.
Relation to Other Loan Documents. The provisions of this Agreement shall be read and construed with the other Loan Documents. In the event of any conflict between any provision in this Agreement and a provision in the Credit Agreement, such provision of the Credit Agreement shall control.

  • Amendments to Other Loan Documents (a) All references in the Loan Documents to the Credit Agreement shall henceforth include references to the Credit Agreement, as modified and amended hereby, and as may, from time to time, be further amended, modified, extended, renewed, and/or increased.

  • Perform Loan Documents Borrower shall observe, perform and satisfy all the terms, provisions, covenants and conditions of, and shall pay when due all costs, fees and expenses to the extent required under the Loan Documents executed and delivered by, or applicable to, Borrower.

  • Loan Documentation The documentation (“Loan Documentation”) governing or relating to the material loan and credit-related assets (“Loan Assets”) included in the loan portfolio of the Seller Subsidiaries is legally sufficient for the purposes intended thereby and creates enforceable rights of the Seller Subsidiaries in accordance in all material respects with the terms of such Loan Documentation, subject to applicable bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, moratorium, fraudulent conveyance and other similar laws relating to or affecting the enforcement of creditors’ rights generally, by general equitable principles (regardless of whether enforceability is considered in a proceeding in equity or at law) and by an implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, except for such insufficiencies as would not have a material adverse effect on Seller. Except as set forth in Section 3.01(j) of the Seller Disclosure Schedule, no debtor under any of the Loan Documentation has asserted as of the date hereof any claim or defense with respect to the subject matter thereof, which claim or defense, if determined adversely to Seller, would have a material adverse effect on Seller. All loans and extensions of credit that have been made by the Seller Subsidiaries comply in all material respects with applicable regulatory limitations and procedures.

  • Notice to other Loan Parties The Borrower agrees that notices to be given to any other Loan Party under this Agreement or any other Loan Document may be given to the Borrower in accordance with the provisions of this Section 10.02 with the same effect as if given to such other Loan Party in accordance with the terms hereunder or thereunder.
