Release for Incompetence. For greater certainty, it is understood that a release for incompetence shall be dealt with in the manner provided for disciplinary measures mutatis mutandis.

Release for Incompetence. Employees who have completed ten (10) years of continuous employment with the CNSC and are released for incompetence shall be paid severance pay equal to one (1) week of pay for each completed year of continuous employment to a maximum of twenty-eight (28) weeks, less any period for which severance pay has already been granted.
