Weekly Rate of Pay. The weekly rate of pay referred to in the above clauses shall be the weekly rate of pay to which the employee is entitled for his or her substantive position on the date of the termination of his or her employment.

Weekly Rate of Pay. (i) For a full-time employee the weekly rate of pay referred to in Clause 21.03 (c) (i) and (ii) shall be the weekly rate of pay to which she is entitled for the classification prescribed in her certificate of appointment on the day immediately preceding the commencement of the maternity leave. (ii) For a part-time employee the weekly rate of pay referred to in Clause 21.03 (c) (i) and (ii) shall be the pro-rated weekly rate of pay to which she is entitled for the classification prescribed in her certificate of appointment averaged over the six month period of continuous employment immediately preceding the commencement of the maternity leave.
