Release of School District. Any payment to or for any Participant, or his or her legal representative or beneficiary in accordance with the provisions of this Plan or any other plan incorporated herein by reference, shall to the extent thereof be in full satisfaction of all claims hereunder against the District.

Release of School District. School District, its Board of Education, individual Board members, officers and employees shall Section 16 not be responsible for any damage or injury that may happen to Lessee or Lessee’s agents, employees or property from any cause whatsoever prior, during or subsequent to the period covered by this agreement. Lessee hereby expressly releases School District from and agrees to indemnify School District against any and all claims for loss, damage or injury, regardless of the identity of the person making the claim.
