Reliance on Law Firm Communications. The Facility is entitled to rely on communications and instructions it receives from persons using Trust On- line user accounts and passwords assigned by the Firm Administrator and purporting to act on behalf of the Law Firm and, unless the Facility acts with gross negligence, the Facility shall not be held liable for such reliance.
Reliance on Law Firm Communications. Verus is entitled to rely on communications and instructions it receives from persons using Verus Online user accounts and passwords assigned by Verus and purporting to act on behalf of the Law Firm and, unless Verus acts with gross negligence, it shall not be held liable for such reliance.
Reliance on Law Firm Communications. The CRMC is entitled to rely on communications and instructions it receives from persons using e-Claims passwords assigned to the Law Firm and purporting to act on behalf of the Law Firm and, except if the CRMC has acted with gross negligence, will not be held liable for such reliance.
Reliance on Law Firm Communications. Xxxxx is entitled to rely on communications and instructions it receives from persons using Verus Online user accounts and passwords assigned by Xxxxx and purporting to act on behalf of the Law Firm and, unless Xxxxx acts with gross negligence, it shall not be held liable for such reliance.
Reliance on Law Firm Communications. The Trust is entitled to rely on communications and instructions received from Users, persons purporting to act on behalf of the Law Firm, and individuals communicating through Law Firm email accounts. The Parties agree that the Trust’s reliance on such communications and instructions is reasonable. The Trust will not be held liable for such reliance, except in the case of gross negligence.
Reliance on Law Firm Communications. MFR is entitled to rely on communications and instructions it receives from persons using MFR Online user accounts and passwords assigned by MFR and purporting to act on behalf of the Law Firm and, unless MFR acts with gross negligence, it shall not be held liable for such reliance.
Reliance on Law Firm Communications. CPF and the HONX Trust are entitled to rely on communications and instructions they receive from persons using CPF e-File user accounts and passwords assigned by CPF and purporting to act on behalf of the Law Firm, and CPF and the HONX Trust shall not be held liable for such reliance.
Reliance on Law Firm Communications. Verus and the Settlement Fund are entitled to rely on communications and instructions they receive from persons using Verus Online user accounts and passwords assigned by Xxxxx and purporting to act on behalf of the Law Firm.
Reliance on Law Firm Communications. Verus and the ACandS Trust are entitled to rely on communications and instructions they receive from persons using Verus Online user accounts and passwords assigned by Verus and purporting to act on behalf of the Law Firm. Unless Verus or the ACandS Trust act with gross negligence, they shall not be held liable for such reliance.
Reliance on Law Firm Communications. MFR and the Sepco Trust are entitled to rely on communications and instructions they receive from persons using MFR Online user accounts and passwords associated with those initially assigned by MFR and purporting to act on behalf of the Law Firm and shall not be held liable for such reliance.
