User Accounts and Passwords. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any Subscriber name and password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (i) immediately notify the Distributor and Global Energy Innovations of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (ii) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. The Distributor and/or Global Energy Innovations cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this provision. User Accounts and Passwords. Supplier will issue to Customer user logins and passwords for each of its Users authorized to access and use the SaaS Services. Customer shall be, and shall ensure that each of its Users are, responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all user logins and passwords and for ensuring that each user login and password is used only by the User to which it was issued. Customer agrees to immediately notify Supplier of any unauthorized use of any account or login and password issued to Customer’s Users, or any other breach of security known to Customer. Customer is responsible for all use of Customer’s User accounts, and Customer is responsible for compliance by each User with the terms of this Order Form.

  • Usernames and Passwords 1. Staff will not share usernames and passwords with anyone, including supervisors and technical support staff.

  • User Accounts End User shall ensure that only Authorized Users can access the Services. User accounts may not be shared among individuals or used to provide access to the Services to individuals who are not the individual associated with the corresponding user account.

  • Passwords Passwords are an important aspect of computer security. A poorly chosen password may result in unauthorized access and/or exploitation of Placer County’s resources. All users, including contractors and vendors with access to the County’s systems, are responsible for the creation and protection of passwords and additionally any updates to County Password policies must be followed. Users must not use the same password for Placer County accounts and personal accounts. The reliability of passwords for maintaining confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. Always assume that someone, in addition to the intended or designated recipient, may read any and all messages and files. Any user suspecting that his/her password may have been compromised must, without delay, report the incident to Placer County IT.

  • ACCOUNTS AND RECORDS The accounts and records maintained by ALPS shall be the property of the Fund. ALPS shall prepare, maintain and preserve such accounts and records as required by the 1940 Act and other applicable securities laws, rules and regulations. ALPS shall surrender such accounts and records to the Fund, in the form in which such accounts and records have been maintained or preserved, promptly upon receipt of instructions from the Fund. The Fund shall have access to such accounts and records at all times during ALPS’ normal business hours. Upon the reasonable request of the Fund, copies of any such books and records shall be provided by ALPS to the Fund at the Fund’s expense. ALPS shall assist the Fund, the Fund’s independent auditors, or, upon approval of the Fund, any regulatory body, in any requested review of the Fund’s accounts and records, and reports by ALPS or its independent accountants concerning its accounting system and internal auditing controls will be open to such entities for audit or inspection upon reasonable request. ALPS or its undersigned as defined by Rule 17a-4 of the Securities and Exchange Act (the “Exchange Act”), shall have access to all electronic communications, including password access to the system storing the electronic communications, of registered representatives of ALPS that are associated with the Fund and are required to be maintained under Rule 17a-4 of the Exchange Act and FINRA Rules 3110 and 3010. Electronic storage media maintained by the Fund will comply with Rule 17a-4 of the Exchange Act.
