Relief Employee. ‌ The term “relief employee” shall be an employee working on a year round basis, offered at least forty (40) hours of work per week in the Terminal Department, and eighty (80) hours of work in the Deck Department per work period, to relieve employees who are not scheduled for work or to work various assigned shifts.
