Common use of Relieving the Director of Resident Services Clause in Contracts

Relieving the Director of Resident Services. The Home will assign a nurse to temporarily assume the responsibilities of Director of Resident Services each time the Director of Resident Services or designate is absent for a full tour when she would normally be on duty and she shall receive an allowance of one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) per hour in addition to her regular rate of pay per hour so worked. This shift premium is not paid for the half hour paid meal period.
