Progression on the grid. (a) Each full-time nurse will be advanced from her present level to the next level set out in the Salary Schedule, twelve (12) months after she was last advanced on her service review date. If a nurse’s absence without pay from the Home exceeds thirty (30) continuous calendar days during each twelve (12) month period, her service review date will be extended by the length of such absence in excess of thirty (30) continuous calendar days.
Progression on the grid. Collective Agreement currently containing a part-time wage grid shall continue such grids in effect. Effective October employees shall progress on such grid on the basis that hours worked equals one year of service. Where, however, part-time employees are on a single rate structure, the full-time wage grid shall apply and progression through the grid shall be in accordance with the foregoing. Employees hired prior to October will be credited with the service they held under the Collective Agreement expiring November ARTICLE COMPENSATION
Progression on the grid. (i) Progression on the wage grid for full-time and part-time employees will be effective the first full pay period of the month in which the employee's anniversary date falls.
