Progression on the grid. (a) Each full-time nurse will be advanced from her present level to the next level set out in the Salary Schedule, twelve (12) months after she was last advanced on her service review date. If a nurse’s absence without pay from the Home exceeds thirty (30) continuous calendar days during each twelve (12) month period, her service review date will be extended by the length of such absence in excess of thirty (30) continuous calendar days. (b) Part-time nurses shall advance to the next step of salary grid upon completion of each sixteen hundred (1600) paid hours. (c) A part-time nurse whose status is altered to full-time will assume her same level on the full-time grid. A full-time nurse whose status is altered to part- time will assume her same level on the part-time grid. In addition, a nurse who is so transferred will be given credit for service accumulated since the date of her last advancement.

Progression on the grid. Employees will move to the next step upon completion of one thousand nine hundred fifty (1950) hours from their last date of hire or last wage increase. Employees can only receive one increase in a twelve (12) month period.

Progression on the grid. Collective Agreement currently containing a part-time wage grid shall continue such grids in effect. Effective October employees shall progress on such grid on the basis that hours worked equals one year of service. Where, however, part-time employees are on a single rate structure, the full-time wage grid shall apply and progression through the grid shall be in accordance with the foregoing.   • INFORMATION ON THE PARTIES The Company

  • Effect on the Agreement Except as specifically amended or waived by this Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. The term "Agreement" used in the Agreement shall mean the Agreement as amended hereby.

  • Implementation of and Reporting on the Project A.   • Business with the Group The Agent and the Arranger may accept deposits from, lend money to and generally engage in any kind of banking or other business with any member of the Group.

  • Effect on the Credit Agreement The execution, delivery and effectiveness of this Amendment shall not operate as a waiver of any right, power or remedy of any Lender or the Administrative Agent under the Credit Agreement, or constitute a waiver of any provision of the Credit Agreement. Except as expressly amended above, the Credit Agreement is and shall continue to be in full force and effect and is hereby in all respects ratified and confirmed. When such employee returns to work following the injury, and is certified as ready and able to perform all regular duties, but requires medical treatment as a result of the same injury, the Employer shall adjust the work schedules without penalty to the Employer, to provide both the time for medical care and the number of hours of work for which the employee is regularly scheduled.

  • Reference to and Effect on the Loan Agreement Except as expressly provided herein, the Loan Agreement and all other Loan Documents shall remain unmodified and in full force and effect and are hereby ratified and confirmed. The execution, delivery, and effectiveness of this Amendment shall not operate as a waiver or forbearance of (a) any right, power, or remedy of the Lenders under the Loan Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents or (b) any Default or Event of Default. This Amendment shall constitute a Loan Document.
