Common use of Religious Organization/Activities Clause in Contracts

Religious Organization/Activities. In accordance with 24 CFR 576.406, Subrecipient shall not discriminate against faith-based organizations in administering its federal HUD activities. Subrecipient agrees that funds provided under this Contract will not be utilized for inherently religious activities prohibited by 24 CFR 576.406, such as worship, religious instruction, or proselytization or to promote religious interest, or for the benefit of a religious organization.
