Common use of Relocation Leave Clause in Contracts

Relocation Leave. Effective 01 December 2009, a full-time or part-time employee who is a spouse of a person who is being relocated/posted/transferred to another geographical location for work reasons may be granted relocation leave without pay for a period up to twelve (12) months, for the purpose of assisting him/her with his/her transition to another NPF position at their new location without a break in service, provided that he/she meets the following eligibility requirements:
