RELOCATION OTHER THAN FOR LACK OF WORK. When it becomes necessary to relocate individuals, crews, or groups of employees in a headquarters/office due to the closing of a reporting headquarters/office or when such relocation is necessitated by a shift of workload or other economic consideration, either of which is expected to be permanent, and where the number and the classification of jobs in the Demotion Area will be unchanged, the following procedure shall be followed: (Amended 1-1-91)

  • Location of Work The Executive shall be based in the United States in West Orange, New Jersey. However, the Executive agrees to undertake whatever domestic and worldwide travel is required by the Company. The Executive shall not be required or permitted to relocate without the mutual, written consent of the Executive and the Company.

  • Connecting Transmission Owner’s Scope of Work and Responsibilities The Connecting Transmission Owner will design, construct, own, operate and maintain all Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities, except as otherwise stated above and in the Project Specific Specifications. The Connecting Transmission Owner will complete all engineering reviews, field verifications and witness testing, etc. in accordance with the ESBs and the Project Specific Specifications. Connecting Transmission Owner shall provide the revenue metering CT/PT units and meter socket enclosure. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall:  provide, run, and wire both ends of the color-coded cable for the revenue metering instrument transformer secondary wiring;  perform all terminations; and  supply and install the meter. The revenue meter may require a communications link to the RTU. The Connecting Transmission Owner will specify and run those communications cables. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall complete all wiring, testing and commissioning of the RTU.

  • Collocation Transfer of Responsibility Without Working Circuits The Collocation is not serving any End User Customers and does not have active service terminations (e.g., Interconnection trunks or UNE Loops) or 2) Collocation Transfer of Responsibility With Working Circuits – The Collocation has active service terminations, such as Interconnection trunks or is serving End User Customers.

  • AIN Selective Carrier Routing for Operator Services, Directory Assistance and Repair Centers 4.3.1 BellSouth will provide AIN Selective Carrier Routing at the request of <<customer_name>>. AIN Selective Carrier Routing will provide <<customer_name>> with the capability of routing operator calls, 0+ and 0- and 0+ NPA (LNPA) 555-1212 directory assistance, 1+411 directory assistance and 611 repair center calls to pre-selected destinations.

  • Termination of Work Notwithstanding any other term of this Agreement, each of the parties shall be entitled at any time to terminate the Marine Spill Response Services, or any portion thereof, being provided under this Agreement in any given case by giving notice to the other. Upon such notice being provided, Applicable Response Organization shall cease to provide the Marine Spill Response Services or any portion thereof, and shall carry out any required demobilization activities, and Owner shall pay all outstanding Applicable Response Organization Fees and Taxes.

  • INTERRUPTIONS TO THE TENANCY 5.3.1 To agree that Rent shall cease to be payable, if the Property is destroyed or made uninhabitable by fire, or any other risk against which the Landlord’s policy has insured, until the Property is reinstated and rendered habitable; unless the insurance monies are not recoverable (whether in whole or in part) or the damage needs to be made good because of anything done or not done by the Tenant, their family, or their visitors; or the insurer pays the costs of re-housing the Tenant.   • Work Location While employed by the Company hereunder, the Executive shall perform his duties (when not traveling or engaged elsewhere in the performance of his duties) at the offices of the Company in Bermuda. The Executive shall travel to such places on the business of the Company in such manner and on such occasions as the Company may from time to time reasonably require.

  • DEVELOPMENT OR ASSISTANCE IN DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS/ STATEMENTS OF WORK Firms and/or individuals that assisted in the development or drafting of the specifications, requirements, statements of work, or solicitation documents contained herein are excluded from competing for this solicitation.
