Remediation Timeline. Credit Union commits to bring the Website, online banking services which render through the Website, and related mobile applications into conformity with the Remediation Plan by the various dates set forth for each of items (a)–(d) below. Q2 commits to bring those portions of the Website, online banking services and mobile applications for which it is responsible into conformity with the Remediation Plan by the end of the period set forth in each of items (a)–(d) below, commencing as of July 11, 2016:‌ (a) Public-facing website: Six (6) months. (b) Online banking enrollment: Eight (8) months. (c) New member Application, consumer loan application and eStatements: (d) Online banking Phase I: Including navigation, content area and high contrast theme: Eighteen (18) months. (e) Online banking Phase II: Including any recommendations in the Evaluation Report and subsequent testing pursuant to section 3.2.1(c) relating to online banking, online services and mobile applications that haven’t been remediated pursuant to items (a)-(d) above (including key functions such as login, home page, account details and transfers): Thirty (30)

Remediation Timeline. CVS shall be in compliance with Paragraphs 17-18 of this Agreement as long as issues of nonconformance with WCAG 2.1 AA identified and/or discovered as a result of the testing required in Paragraphs 17-18 are addressed in accordance with the following definitions and timelines: a. Critical Issues. Instances where Vaccine Content is not in conformance with WCAG 2.1 AA and that prevent a person with a disability from accessing the substantive information CVS provides about the COVID-19 vaccine, scheduling a vaccination appointment, or completing vaccination-related forms on the Vaccine Registration Portal will be resolved within ten (10) days of identification of the nonconformance.
Remediation Timeline. For purposes of Paragraphs 16-18, Kroger shall be in conformance with this Agreement as long as issues of nonconformance identified and/or discovered as a result of the above requirements are addressed in accordance with the following definitions and timelines:

  • Remediation The Charter School shall provide remediation in required cases pursuant to State Board of Education Rule 160-4-5-.01 and No Child Left Behind.

  • Remedial Work (i) Notwithstanding any previous test or certification, the Authority’s Engineer may instruct the Contractor to: (a) remove from the Site and replace any Plant or Materials which are not in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement; (b) remove and re-execute any work which is not in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the Specification and Standards; and (c) execute any work which is urgently required for the safety of the Project Highway, whether because of an accident, unforeseeable event or otherwise; provided that in case of any work required on account of a Force Majeure Event, the provisions of Clause 21.6 shall apply. (ii) If the Contractor fails to comply with the instructions issued by the Authority’s Engineer under Clause 11.13 (i), within the time specified in the Authority’s Engineer’s notice or as mutually agreed, the Authority’s Engineer may advise the Authority to have the work executed by another agency. The cost so incurred by the Authority for undertaking such work shall, without prejudice to the rights of the Authority to recover Damages in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, be recoverable from the Contractor and may be deducted by the Authority from any monies due to be paid to the Contractor.
