Reminder Notices. 7.8.1 If there is no further entitlement to benefit, payment is not received and no arrangement has been made, an automated reminder notice will be issued.
Reminder Notices. 8.7.1 If payment is not received within stated terms of the invoice and subsequent reminder notices, EK Services will commence its recovery procedure which begins with a first reminder notice, giving the customer a further 7 days to make full payment. For vulnerable client’s debts, there is discretion to send a second reminder.

Approximately ninety (90) days after the issuance date of a check, a reminder notice will be sent by the Class Action Settlement Administrator to Class Members who have not cashed their checks.
