Remittance of Stipend. Teachers who receive a stipend for jury service will reimburse the School District for the amount received, minus the mileage and parking expense allowance if they were on jury service during a duty day. Subd. 3. Pay: Teachers will have no loss of pay as a result of jury service if the provisions of Subd. 1. and 2. of this Section are met. Failure to do so will result in the deduction of a substitute rate of pay from the teacher’s salary.
