Common use of Remote Monitoring Clause in Contracts

Remote Monitoring. Host will provide an internet portal or equivalent access by means of which Provider will communicate data from the revenue grade performance monitoring system. Provider will be responsible for connecting monitoring equipment for the Project to the internet so that it is possible for Provider and Host to remotely monitor the Project.

Remote Monitoring. Host Host, in coordination through the Information Technology Director, will provide an internet portal or equivalent access by means of which Provider will communicate data from the revenue grade performance monitoring system. Provider will be responsible for connecting monitoring equipment for the Project to the internet so that it is possible for Provider and Host to remotely monitor the Project. The Provider shall maintain adherence to the Host’s security policy as defined by the Information Technology Department.
