Remote Provision of Services. Unless otherwise provided in Exhibit A for a specific Therapist, Therapists will be required to provide in-person services to District students. In the discretion of the District, Therapists may be required to provide services remotely via electronic means in accordance with District procedures in the event of school closure for academic purposes or in the event students otherwise are not in physical attendance in District schools. In such situations, Employees must be competent in the use of necessary technology to provide such remote services.

Contractor and District will work together to determine the safest practice in accordance with CDC guidance for any and all contagious diseases. In the discretion of the District, Contractor’s Employees may be required to provide services remotely via electronic means in accordance with District procedures in the event of school closure for academic purposes or in the event students otherwise are not in physical attendance in District schools. In such situations, Employees must be competent in the use of necessary technology to provide such remote services.

Related to Remote Provision of Services

  • Provision of Services (a) The HSP will provide the Services in accordance with, and otherwise comply with: the terms of this Agreement, including the Service Plan; Applicable Law; and Applicable Policy.

  • Subcontracting for the Provision of Services (a) The parties acknowledge that, subject to the provisions of the Enabling Legislation, the HSP may subcontract the provision of some or all of the Services. For the purposes of this Agreement, actions taken or not taken by the subcontractor, and Services provided by the subcontractor, will be deemed actions taken or not taken by the HSP, and Services provided by the HSP.

  • Provision of Service NYISO will provide Developer with interconnection service of the following type for the term of this Agreement.

  • Transition of Services Upon request by the State prior to expiration or earlier termination of this Contract or any Services provided in this Contract, Contractor shall provide reasonable and necessary assistance to accomplish a complete transition of the Services from Contractor to the State or any replacement provider designated solely by the State without any interruption of or adverse impact on the Services. Contractor shall cooperate fully with the State or any successor provider and shall promptly take all steps required to assist in effecting a complete transition of the Services designated by the State. All services related to such transition shall be performed at no additional cost beyond what would be paid for the Services in this Contract.

  • Suspension of Services We have the right to suspend the benefit of any Credit Union service at any time for reasonable cause. At Our discretion, We also have the right to pay any share draft presented for payment from Your Account after Your Account is closed or suspended and to recover such amount paid from You. Account services are available to those members in good standing with the Credit Union. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services to a member who is not in good standing, which includes members that have: (a) a delinquent loan; (b) a primary Share Account balance below the $5.00 minimum; (c) an unresolved deposited returned check; (d) any unpaid and uncollected fees; or (e) a negative balance on an Account. ASSIGNABILITY. You may not assign or transfer any interest in Your Account.
