Removal Expenses from Schools Qualifying for the Staffing Incentive Allowance (SIA). 6.3.1 An employee in a school qualifying for the staffing incentive allowance shall be required to complete a minimum of three years’ continuous service in one or more of the schools concerned in order to be eligible for removal services and expenses provided in 6.1.1 when moving from such a school to a permanent position or long term reliever appointment of at least one year in accordance with 3.23.2(d) in another state or state-integrated school.
