Common use of Removal from Site Clause in Contracts

Removal from Site. It is expressly understood that any employee who can not maintain or be recertified in one or more of the above specified criteria, and/or can not maintain a Provincially issued Security Guard licence and/or Is removed from the site due to disciplinary reasons shall be deemed to have been removed from a Level four site under the terms and conditions of the current collective agreement.
