Removal from the Seasonal Layoff Record. Seasonal employees shall be removed from the seasonal layoff record for any of the following reasons: 1. Failure to accept recall to a seasonal position. 2. Conversion of the employee to permanent layoff as defined in Section 4G. 3. Resignation, retirement, or termination from State service. 4. Acceptance of a full-time or part-time unlimited position.
